Beginning 1 January 2021, the United Kingdom will implement a new points-based immigration system under which all foreign nationals will earn points for specific skills, qualifications, salary levels, and employment in a shortage occupation. Most notably, however, the new regulations will also end the freedom of movement for EU nationals into the UK and eliminate the nation’s EU-specific immigration routes. These upcoming changes are some of the most significant amendments to UK immigration law in decades and will transform the way all foreign nationals come to live and work in the UK.

Join Newland Chase’s UK Managing Director Tony Butterworth, Minister for Immigration Kevin Foster MP, Philippa Rouse, Director of Immigration and Border Policy Directorate, Dan Petriello, and Carrie Golding from the UK Home Office as they present a special virtual town hall for employers.
